Initial Instruction
Coldwell Banker United has a two week in-class education program. All classes are conducted in a classroom environment at the Education Center on Executive Center Drive. Instruction is conducted daily from 9:30 to 4:00 for two weeks. This is followed by a 4 week agent mentoring program in the office. There is no charge for our education program.
Agents new to the real estate business will receive the schedule and all handouts in their education manual at the beginning of the program. Experienced agents new to Coldwell Banker or agents already active with Coldwell Banker have access to any of the education classes as needed.
Ongoing education In-office
I tell my agents that "if you are not learning something every day, you aren't growing". Ongoing education in our office takes on many forms ranging from day-to-day questions, weekly group sessions, office meeting topics, online classes and webinars.
Learning is a daily event in our office. I use routine questions as teaching opportunities; addressing the question, then discussing my reasoning with the agent to improve their level of understanding. There is never a 'dumb question', and if I get a question more than once it is added to the office's list of topics for weekly group sessions. Online classes are available 24/7 via our intranet site. They include:

Classroom and Small-Group Seminars
